All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and scope.

2. Subcontractor Relationships

Our subcontractors are independent professionals. While we vet and coordinate their work, they are not employees of Partners Inc.. We are not liable for any direct actions, omissions, or negligence of subcontractors beyond our contractual obligations.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed via our customer service team.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion based on service completion and circumstances.

  • last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee of 25% of the total service cost, but not less than $50dls.

5. Liability and Damages

We strive to deliver high-quality service. However:

  • We are not liable for damages caused by subcontractors unless proven to be due to our negligence.

  • Clients must report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.

  • While we carefully select and coordinate with our subcontractors, Partners Inc. is not liable for any damages or losses caused by subcontractors unless such damages result directly from our own negligence. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues that may arise and will work diligently to facilitate a fair and timely resolution.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service.

  • Notify us of any special instructions or concerns before service begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and software—is the property of Partners Inc. and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy
