3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed via our customer service team.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds are issued at our discretion based on service completion and circumstances.

However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues that may arise and will work diligently to facilitate a fair and timely resolution.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service.
Notify us of any special instructions or concerns before service begins.
